How to order

Placing an order with us at Stealthhealthfoods.com is very simple. There's no need to create an account first (although you are welcome to by clicking on“ My Account” button in the top left of each page on our site). You will be prompted to create an account when you place your first order online. Please note that we do not accept orders by telephone, fax, or e-mail only online. At any time you may visit the “My Account” page by clicking through the button in the top left of each page on our site. Here you will need to sign in with the username and password associated with your account. If you have forgotten your password then click on the “My Account” page and click the “Forgot your password?” link. You will be prompted to enter the email address associated with your account and then your password will be emailed to you.


Search for the items you want to order and click the title or name of the item to see its product detail page where you'll find more detailed information about the item.


If you decide to order an item, click the “Add to Cart” button located on the product detail page: this will place the item in your virtual shopping cart.


To continue shopping, click the “Continue shopping” button to keep searching or browsing until your cart contains all the items you wish to order. You may review the contents of your cart at any time by clicking the “Shopping Cart” button at the top of every page of our Web site.


Check all the items you've placed in your cart and if you decide that you don't want to purchase a particular item right away, click the “delete” button next to the title. When you're ready to place an order for everything in your cart, click the “Checkout” button.


You will now be on the order form where you will need to enter your shipping address, and any discount information that may apply to you.


You will then need to fill in the required billing information: the address that is shown on your credit cart statements. We provide the actual shipping cost and an estimate for delivery dates for you on the order form, as well as in the order confirmation e-mail you'll receive after placing your order. We will ship all products together as soon as they become available. If an item is in-stock, it will show In Stock on the product details page. If it is out of stock, it will show Out of Stock and will ship within approximately 10 business days.


We accept MasterCard, Visa, and Stealth Health Dollars. Remember, credit card numbers must be entered without spaces or dashes. All orders must be prepaid or they will not be processed.


Once you have reviewed and are comfortable with your order, click the “Place your order”button to submit it. We will then send you a confirmation e-mail message outlining the details of your processed order. Upon time of shipment, we will send you a confirmation of shipping date.

Provide a Password

Associate a password with your account--when you come back to Stealthhealthfoods.com in the future, you can use the same shipping address you provided during this first order. Remember to keep passwords safe and that they must have a minimum of 7 characters. Also, try not to include your name, e-mail address, or other personal information.

How to View or Change an Order


To review or change something about your order BEFORE it enters the shipping process, please click the Shopping Cart link in the top left corner of all pages on our site. You may make changes to your order without having to contact us.


You can review the details of a previous order you've placed via the My Account page. For orders that have yet to ship, you'll be able to review the order total, item availability, shipping address, and payment method. For orders that have been shipped already, you can confirm the date and method of shipment, and an estimated date of arrival.


To make changes to an order that hasn't entered the shipping process, click the Shopping Cart button and make the changes required. Then edit the details in your Shopping Cart before placing your order.


4. Once an item has entered the shipping process, we cannot locate it to make changes. A package that has entered the shipping process cannot be altered either in items included, shipping address, or payment method.

Calculation of Taxes

We would love to not charge taxes but unfortunately we have to! The amounts charged depend upon the shipping destination and the type of item purchased.

In Canada Taxes:

All items shipped to locations in Canada are subject to Canadian Goods and Services Tax (“GST”) at 5%. In addition, the provinces also charge various amounts of Provincial Sales Tax (“PST”) or Harmonized Sales Tax (which includes the GST as well) (“HST”) all of which depend on shipping destination and the type of item purchased:

  • British Columbia: PST at 7%

  • Manitoba: PST at 7%

  • Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, and Newfoundland: HST at 13% (including GST portion)

  • Ontario: PST at 8%

  • Quebec: Quebec Sales Tax (“QST”) at 7.5%

Some provinces, other than those listed above, may require you to self-assess PST and remit such amount in accordance with the applicable law of that province. Shipping costs require GST and provincial taxes. Books and food items are exempt from PST and the provincial portion of HST.

Tax is calculated on the total selling price of each individual item at the time of order (before any Stealth Health Dollars are applied). Note that if any changes occur to tax amounts between the time of order and time of shipment, the new taxable amounts shall apply at time of shipment. In accordance with applicable tax laws, the total selling price of an item includes the shipping and handling charges. QST requires that the total selling price must include all GST that is applicable (so the costs for an item to be delivered to Quebec would be: shipping+handling+item costs+ GST= A ...so that... TOTAL PRICE= A + (GST% x A).

Out of Country Orders

Destinations outside Canada are not subject to Canadian GST or PST, but they can be subject to local taxes and customs charges.

PST-Exempt Customers/Resellers

We will not handle any tax exempt orders.

Cancelling Items from an Order

Unfortunately, once an order is submitted, we cannot reverse it or change it. If you wish to cancel an order that has been submitted, you can only return the item once received. Please see our Return Policy below.

Paying by Credit Card

Stealthhealthfoods.com accepts Visa and MasterCard. Your credit card number may be entered safely and securely via our secure server, which encrypts all submitted information. To provide you with an additional layer of security, all credit card numbers provided to Stealthhealthfoods.com are not stored by us. After you enter your complete credit card number, the information is transmitted to our payment processor via our secure server.

Returning an Item

Did you receive a damaged item or receive the wrong items and want to Return for refund or Exchange it? Within 30 days of delivery of your shipment, you may return product for refund or exchange for any product in its original unopened condition; or any items received that were not part of the original order, or any items that are defective or damaged. Please note that we cannot process any refund or exchange if items are returned more than 30 days past the date of delivery. Additionally, we can only process exchanges and refunds for items purchased at stealthhealthfoods.com.

To activate any Return for refund or Exchange please send an email to returns@stealthhealthfoods.com. Simply outline your concerns, contact information and order number and we will have a real, live person contact you.

After receiving your initial email advising us that you wish to Return for refund or Exchange an item, our Customer Service Representatives will contact you directly to assist you through the return process. We will ask you to confirm your personal information (address, items ordered, etc), your order number, and to provide details on the reasons for the return and whether you want a refund or exchange . After packing your return, please send it back to us via Canada Post. We'll notify you via e-mail when we've processed your refund or exchange.

You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 14 business days after we receive your return.

Did You Use a Promotional Coupon / Code or Stealth Health Dollars?

If you paid for all or part of an item you want to return with any unexpired promotional coupon/code or Stealth Health Dollars, that part of your refund will be credited to your account, and will be available to use the next time you place an order with us. Please note, though that any applicable original expiration date on your coupon/code or Stealth Health Dollars will still apply.

Lost Your Packing Slip

If you ordered an item that you want to return but can't find the packing slip, you can still return it but you will be asked to tell us which is the relevant order from Your Account.


We are sorry, but we cannot process the return of items that were given as gifts unless processed by the person who purchased the gift for you originally.
